When you sign up for anything of mine — free or paid, a Telegram room, a challenge, a program or a 1:1 intensive — you're agreeing to these terms. That applies no matter what you paid, including when you paid nothing.
There are no refunds on any offer, at any price point. Because everything is delivered digitally and you get access to the material immediately, the work and the access can't be returned once they're yours. If you're not sure an offer is right for you, email me before you buy and I'll tell you honestly.
If you join on a payment plan, you're agreeing to pay the full amount. Missing a payment doesn't cancel the agreement, and access can be paused until the balance is up to date.
Anything I share about what's happened for me or for my clients is exactly that — what happened for those specific people. It isn't a promise, a projection or a typical result, and nothing on my website, in my content or inside any of my offers should be read as a guarantee that you'll earn anything.
What you get out of this depends on you. Your business, your audience, your market, your offer, how much you implement and how consistently you show up all decide your outcome, and none of those are things I control. I'm responsible for delivering what I said I'd deliver. I'm not responsible for your results.
Trainings, workbooks, templates, recordings and anything else inside an offer are for you personally. Please don't copy them, resell them, share your access, or repost them as your own. Access can be removed without a refund if that happens.
Dates and formats are what's listed on the page for that offer. If something has to move I'll tell you as early as I can and get you the replacement. Group spaces stay open for the time stated on that offer's page.
Signing up for anything, free or paid, means you're on my email list and you'll hear from me about what I'm doing and what I'm opening next. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, though you'll still get the ones about anything you've actually bought.
These rooms only work when they feel safe to be honest in. Anything abusive, discriminatory or aimed at selling to the other members gets you removed without a refund.
